WB at Home - Launch

A digital platform shaped like cinema, built for design discovery.

In a time when homes became more than shelter - becoming studios, offices, classrooms and sanctuaries, WB at Homeemerged as a way to stay inspired. This online portal was built to feel more like a streaming service than a traditional website. A curated destination for design-led content, interviews, build tips and lifestyle storytelling from WB.

Barbitta was engaged across interface direction, content strategy, and campaign rollout. Central to this was a cinematic launch video designed to reframe what homebuilding content could feel like. A film built from years of captured footage, refined through editing, pacing, and voice.

The video draws from an archive of material spanning display homes, interviews, and behind-the-scenes studio work. Cut together like a title sequence, it uses layered voice grabs from staff to humanise the brand while the visuals evoke possibility. A sweeping score gives the film structure and gravity, lending weight to what might otherwise be a simple portal launch.

Guided by the StoryForm, and Atmosphere tiles of the Barbitta Mosaic™, the intent was to elevate the experience, from utility to engagement, from content to connection.

Released during the pandemic, WB at Home offered something timely: a way to stay close to home, while dreaming of what could come next.
