Perron Group. Interpretive and commemorative plaque design

Perron Group - Perron Way

A lasting expression of values, vision, and quiet legacy.

The Perron Group is shaped by the enduring influence of its founder, Stan Perron. A businessman defined as much by generosity as by success. His principles continue to guide the organisation today, formalised through a values-led framework known as The Perron Way.

Barbitta was engaged to design a series of permanent installations in collabortation with JLCA, that would serve as quiet reminders of that intent. Rather than decorative features, the plaques were conceived as embedded elements of the built environment. Architectural in tone, and carefully aligned with the distinctive interior language of the Perron Group headquarters.

Constructed from thick, clear acrylic and digitally layered with archival imagery, the pieces speak to clarity, longevity, and presence.

Guided by the MeaningForm, and Story tiles of the Barbitta Mosaic™, the project was approached with restraint and reverence. Each plaque sits with purpose, offering a moment of stillness and reminder in the flow of the everyday.

In Stan Perron’s own words: “It is my belief that the present and future success of the Perron Group will rest on the capacity of our staff knowing and understanding the values and continuing to practise them day-by-day, week-by-week and year-by-year.”
