Linneys – The Manari Collection Catalogue
A crafted publication honouring landscape, legacy, and the art of making.
Established in 1972, Linneys is one of Western Australia’s most respected manufacturing jewellers. A family business grounded in craftsmanship, where each collection is born from a studio of artisans, goldsmiths, and designers.
Barbitta was engaged to design the seasonal publication for The Manari Collection. A body of work inspired by the wild, elemental beauty of Australia’s outback coast. The collection’s palette draws directly from the North West: oxidised reds, coastal silvers, and the soft glint of pearl and mineral, all set within sculptural forms.
The catalogue was conceived as more than a product showcase. It was designed as a visual journey, a tactile reflection of place, process, and perspective. Photography, layout, and material choice were carefully calibrated to echo the collection’s tone: raw elegance, shaped by land and light.
Guided by the Form, Meaning, and Atmosphere tiles of the Barbitta Mosaic™, the publication balances clarity with emotion. Typography sits quietly, allowing texture and image to lead. Each spread is treated as a composition, offering space to honour the work of the jewellers, and the story of the land that inspired them.
