Motion Study: Code Art as a Flexible Asset
Some projects need more than a single piece of video, they need a living asset. Something that can be stretched, cropped, looped, or morphed to fit everything from a social story to a digital billboard.
For this experiment, we took raw motion footage and ran it through a series of code-based manipulations using creative coding tools and motion apps. The process combined frame-slicing, mirrored duplication, and deliberate glitching, not to mask imperfections, but to introduce a controlled chaos.
The result is a visual loop that’s never static. A moving pattern that can be reframed for any format, while carrying the same pulse of energy. This integration of app-driven editing and generative code allows us to craft assets that are flexible by design — alive in every iteration.
A fragment of motion. An algorithmic hand. A system that never fully repeats.
Here are a few of our Motion Studies and projection.
